Associate Professor Erika Mancini interviews Dr Mona Bafadhel, a Group Head in Respiratory Medicine and Honorary Consultant Chest Physician, about the highlights and challenges of having both a clinical and a research career. Dr Bafadhel explains why she chose to do this and also discusses what she enjoys doing outside of work.
